Before our session, I’ll do a crystal reading and intuitively pull crystals to support your healing and use throughout. I’ll balance your chakras while energetically working on the body, concentrating on specific areas as needed. This offering allows more time for intuitive downloads, reflection, and discussion.

 

We’ll wrap the service with a post-care discussion, helping you maximize the Reiki benefits in the coming days. To accompany the session, you’ll receive an emailed post-care summary, which reviews:

• The areas I intuitively sensed needed the most healing in the body 

• What to expect in the coming days and how to care for yourself 

• The crystals that were pulled and why they were used 

• Grounding techniques and additional guidance
