Distance Reiki can reach you anywhere in the world, with the same level of intensity as in person. We’ll meet on video chat for this remote session and begin with an intention setting and a grounding meditation. Once your mind is quieted and you’re comfortably in your body, I will facilitate Reiki, energy clearing, and subtle body activations, allowing the healing to flow to you and through you where you need it most. Our session will wrap up with a post-care discussion, helping you maximize the Reiki benefits in the coming days.
