Unlocking the Power of Manifestation Through a Positive Mindset

It's that time when people set an intention for the year with a mantra or word while others practice manifestation rituals from simple prayer to multi-step/multi-day processes. I am of the latter. I start to feel into what could be in store for me, make a list that feels aligned, and then I go deep, asking myself why, finding the emotion behind the desire. This process can take days as I allow it to move and unfold at its own pace.

Whatever you call the process - goal setting, praying, or manifesting, by using positive thinking, visualization techniques, and taking inspired action toward your desires, you can manifest abundance in all areas of your life.

What is manifesting? Manifesting is a powerful tool that allows you to alchemize your thoughts and desires into reality. It involves tapping into the universal energy to attract what you want. Manifesting is based on the principle that our thoughts and beliefs can shape our reality, essentially co-creating our lives.

The science of manifestation is a fascinating study that explores the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and the world around us. With practice and dedication, anyone can intentionally master the art of manifesting and transforming their life profoundly and meaningfully.

I say "intentionally" master the art because some people are unconscious manifestors, meaning they do not realize how much their thoughts have over their lives. Think about it. What are your thoughts on a good day versus a day when everything seems to go wrong? When you are not in a good mindset, and the hits keep coming, it is hard to see the beauty in the mucky muck.

When we find ourselves emotionally and mentally spiraling and feeling like we cannot catch a break, we may be tuning our energy into focusing on the bad. And in doing so, we're turning life into a battle

When we lessen the grip, let go, and move in flow, life feels more manageable, and if we put our thoughts and energy into what we want, life becomes more effortless.

I once added "perfect health" to my manifest list. A few days later, I woke up with body chills, physically tired, and the worst headache imaginable. It turned out to be COVID.

I immediately went into fear and panic but came to my senses and decided to listen to my body and rest. I was surprised that my inner voices weren't screaming because I spent all my isolation days truly resting; perhaps that part of me also needed a break.

Regardless, it was such a beautiful experience of sitting with what was. It reset my whole being - energetically, physically, emotionally, and mentally. When I emerged from my cocoon, I was grateful for COVID (there is something you don't hear very often) and the expansive opportunity COVID gave me. I recognize had I not fallen ill; I would have never experienced a full reset to bring me back to what perfect health is for me.

While there are many different ways to manifest, it is all a mindset practice. You can pray, visualize, and manifest to be a millionaire, but it won't come to fruition if you don't believe it. Doubt is a manifestation killer. If you are having doubts, start with gratitude. Gratitude helps you shift from a place of fear and lack.

Before delving into a manifestation practice, get your mind ready with the practice of being more intentional with your thoughts.

Awareness: Awareness of anything is the first step. Awareness of your thoughts without judgment or attachment is crucial in noticing patterns and how you talk to yourself.

Reframing: Notate any demeaning self-talk, limiting beliefs, or negative patterns. Feel into the emotions of the thoughts and see if you can reframe those thoughts into something more positive, like an affirmation. Self-generated affirmations are more helpful than ones pulled from a book or the internet.

Consistency: Once you have moved through your limiting beliefs and have an affirmation that works for you, practice saying it to yourself often. Manifestation happens when your new thoughts are habits because you embody what you want.

It's essential to recognize that everyone's journey is unique and that taking the time to figure out what you genuinely want is okay. I also understand that change can be difficult and that manifesting is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

Should you want support, I am here to help you develop the mindset and skills to manifest your dreams into reality. So take your time, be patient, and know - I am here to help you achieve your goals.
